The Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA) is an independent public institution responsible for formulating and implementing monetary and banking policies, to ensure the soundness of the banking sector and the balanced growth of the local economy

The Palestine Capital Market Authority was established as an autonomous agency by law no. (13) the year (2004), with an aim to create the appropriate environment to achieve stability and growth in the capital market and protect the rights of consumers, by regulating, developing, and supervising the activities of the non-banking financial sectors subject to the supervision of the PCMA represented in the sectors of insurance, securities, financial leasing, and financial mortgage.

The Association of Banks in Palestine was established in 1998 as a non-profit organization representing Banks operating in Palestine.

The Palestinian Union for small and Microfinance “SHARAKA” is a non-profit Association that was established in 2002 to form an assemblage of micro finance institutions and programs that aim to provide lending and financial services for small enterprises. 

The Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics aims to develop and enhance the Palestinian official statistical system based on legal grounds that organize the process of data collection and utilization for statistical purposes.

The Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute (MAS) is an independent, non-profit, national Palestinian institution, specializing in applied research in the field of economic issues and policies and their social dimensions. 

A national framework and the first address for providing guidance services, technical and administrative support, and facilitating access to available sources of financing to support and develop micro, very small, small, medium and large enterprises, through uniting national efforts and creating a wide network of partners in the public and private sectors interested in developing these businesses, as they constitute the backbone and the largest component of the Palestinian economy.
