Brief Description of the Project:
The project, financed by KfW, aims to develop a customized Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for EPCGF
which aligns with the requirements of KfW’s Sustainability Guideline (February 2021)[1], the IFC Performance Standard 1 (PS), and World Bank Environmental and Social Standard (ESS) 9: Financial Intermediaries (FIs). It also includes delivering capacity building, support and guidance to the EPCGF team.
The time schedule for this project is 24 months after contract signature.
Brief Description of the Contract Content to be Procured:
The contract involves consultancy services to update the ESMS for EPCGF. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing the customized ESMS, ensuring compliance with the E&S standards and guidelines and delivering capacity building, as well as providing due diligence support.
